It is best to apply as soon as you know that ……….. is an option for you. While there is no deadline for applications, we have limited vacancies and we follow a first come first serve policy, so apply early for your best chance of being admitted.

Admission is given on the basis of an Entrance Examination which is mandatory, comprehensive, and has to be cleared on the basis of marks secured in the exam. A personal interview closely conducted by the School Management is compulsory for all students accompanied by their parents.

As part of the application approval process, all children have to participate in an age-appropriate entry assessment for basic math, languages (English and Nepali) and social interaction. This is needed to ensure a smooth and fully supported transition to the school and is by no means a “pass/fail” test. Parent interviews will also take place to ensure that their outlook towards education is in alignment with the school’s values and learning goals.
No. The school believes that every child should have a right to apply to KWS, and does not seek any form of monetary reimbursement for the process.

The official admission process begins from 1st Chaitra every year but as due to Corona Virus we are Opening Admission from 1st Jestha 2078. Seats are limites so you are requested to reserve your seat.
Yes, our school offers varied scholarships to students on a need-cum-merit basis.
Scholarships are provided on the basis of merit as well as criteria set by NEB. Student candidates are required to appear in scholarship exams held by the school for which the school admission desk provides you with the dates and time of exam. Selection is transparent and fair and thus, it is mandatory to pass out the scholarship exams.
Facilities
Our school provides buses facilities for the students of all classes to travel long distance. All users of the School bus facility must obey the rules prescribed for them. The facility can be withdrawn from those who violate the rules and commit offences like smoking, fighting, ill treat other students, showing disrespect to the staff.
The school bus covers a large number of localities of Siraha, Dhanusha & Udaypur District but it is not possible to cater for all areas. If the parents desire to use the bus service for their wards they are advised to confirm from the school office whether the area in which they live is serviced by the school buses. If anyone want to leave bus facility he/she must
drop a application before one month for withdrawal from the bus service.
Sagarmatha school always encourage learning habit to children. Library is a place which provide access to knowledge and information. We have spacious and well-stocked library with trained librarians, who are knowledgeable and experienced in Library Management where a collection of printed resources (books, magazines, periodicals, research manuscripts, encyclopedias, subject-wise reference books, etc.) is available for students and teachers.
Learning through experiments is the best way to learn science. Our School has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are encouraged to use these laboratories to learn through experiments.
Students and teachers use these labs regularly to have more in-depth knowledge and understanding of their relevant subjects. Every year latest instruments, specimens, charts etc. are updated for these laboratories.
Sagarmatha School always focus on care of children so Our school provides 24 hours security in both gates by highly trained and experienced security guards. Whole areas of school are under surveillance of high resolution CCTV cameras.
