Admission is given on the basis of an Entrance Examination which is mandatory, comprehensive, and has to be cleared on the basis of marks secured in the exam. A personal interview closely conducted by the School Management is compulsory for all students accompanied by their parents.

As part of the application approval process, all children have to participate in an age-appropriate entry assessment for basic math, languages (English and Nepali) and social interaction. This is needed to ensure a smooth and fully supported transition to the school and is by no means a “pass/fail” test. Parent interviews will also take place to ensure that their outlook towards education is in alignment with the school’s values and learning goals.
No. The school believes that every child should have a right to apply to KWS, and does not seek any form of monetary reimbursement for the process.

The official admission process begins from 1st Chaitra every year but as the seats are limited, you will be able to reserve seats prior to the date once you are notified of your child’s selection.
Yes, our school offers varied scholarships to students on a need-cum-merit basis.
Scholarships are provided on the basis of merit as well as criteria set by NEB. Student candidates are required to appear in scholarship exams held by the school for which the school admission desk provides you with the dates and time of exam. Selection is transparent and fair and thus, it is mandatory to pass out the scholarship exams.
Facilities
The school possesses a well-furnished facility for children below three years of age needing day care. The job holder parents may leave their children at the day care centre of the school. The school has employed an efficient female nurse to look after the babies throughout the day. The food and sanitation is properly managed for them.
The shcool has provided residential facilities for both boys and girls. An efficient and experienced hostel warden is employed for the guardianship of the hostel students.
In order to develop the students’ reading culture, a well set up library with sufficient stocks of reference books is managed.
EBA has separate laboratory for science and computer which is well equipped with experimental equipments. A separate computer lab is also managed with needful number of computer to familiarize the students about the computer.
In order to widen the range of knowledge of the students, the school takes them for outings from time to time which gives refreshment and helps them learn by observation.
A well managed cafeteria has been run inside the shcool premises which provides healthy and hygienic food at reasonable price. The cafeteria is managed by an efficient mess manager.
The school provides with transportation facilities for needy students. A certain fee is charged in accordance with the distance between the pick-up and drop-off point of students.
C0-curricular activities are the most fundamental driving forces for personality development of the students. To fulfill this objective, the school conducts wide range of co-curricular activities including games and sporst. It also organizes various inter-house competitions and ger the students involved in inter-school competitions too.
The school manages audio/visual classes frequently as per the requirements which makes the students’ learning interesting.
